UPDATE: Month 6 of the 12-month food program in India - Get donating to this campaign to unlock $500 for month 7 💚 Thrive and InSIDE NE have made significant progress in addressing food security in Kangpokpi, Manipur, over six months. They expanded from one to eight life gardens across various villages, benefiting 802 people. They completed 200 double-dug beds, seven keyhole gardens, and 10 sack gardens. Ms. Lamkhohoi Vaiphei and Ms. Kikim shared positive experiences using organic gardening techniques learned from training, noting cost savings and improved plant growth. Pastor Boipu also benefited from organic gardening, reducing his vegetable expenses and encouraging others to join. Thrive provided seeds, tools, and ongoing support. The partnership plans to expand further, focusing on training more community members, especially women, to ensure long-term food security and sustainability.
