About campaign
Based in Petite Anse, a small bay in Southwest Mahé, Seychelles, this reef restoration project aims to restore 10,000 sqm of degraded limestone reef. The project also aims to increase knowledge and awareness of coral reefs, and the threats they face! 🐠 Our passion is the protection of our oceans, and the life that inhabits them. Marrying scientific practice with innovative design, we deliver programmes with local benefits and global reach. We currently operate several reef restoration projects across the Indian and Pacific Ocean regions. Projects are delivered in line with Reef Resilience Network and Coral Restoration Consortium best practice guidelines and industry standards. The Petite Anse Project, which is run in conjunction with Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, and the Seychelles Ministry of Environment and Agriculture, launched in 2015 and utilises the Coral Gardening in-situ nursery technique to improve coral reef health through increasing live coral cover. We aim to restore 10,000 sqm of degraded reef by growing 12,000 corals
