Help us reach our goal of raising 10 million Sweatcoins for clean water! Embrace Relief is on a mission to address the clean water crisis plaguing sub-Saharan Africa by reconstructing broken water wells with our Fountains of Hope (FoH) program. Fountains of Hope are wells that Embrace Relief has repaired in some of the most water-scarce countries in the world including Chad, Cameroon, and Nigeria. Millions of dollars have been poured into water well construction to combat the water crisis. Unfortunately, up to 60% of wells are broken due to the harsh conditions, lack of maintenance, and shallow piping. FoH is a research-based program that supports the reconstruction/repair of these wells – which require only one-third of the time, cost, and resources necessary to build a new well from scratch while providing the same high-quality, filtered water. Our goal for 2023 is to reconstruct 100 water wells in Africa and YOU can be part of this global mission in two ways: first, by supporting us here on Sweatcoin; and second, by visiting Embrace Relief’s website to make a donation.
