Seeds of Hope
Who we are
Seeds of Hope works to build community resilience to address development challenges in the Masaka district. Within the district, there are many vulnerable women, youth, and children who live in extremely impoverished households. These households require access and support to acquire basic needs such as food, proper housing, healthcare, and other social services.
Purpose
Since our organization's establishment, SOH has supported over 200 women and children in food security, advocacy for clean water, malaria prevention, HIV/AIDS prevention, education, and vocational projects. Our health and education programs have reached more than 7500 children in schools. We currently conduct work in the two districts of Masaka and Ssembabule
consisting of seven sub-counties; Buwunga, Bukakata, Nyendo-Ssenyang, Kimanya-Kayabakuza, and Mateete.

Seeds of Hope (SOH) Uganda is a community-based organization established in 2017 following
increased teenage pregnancies, HIV transmission, and impoverishment in the Masaka and Sembabule Districts.
