On the 17 September 2022 we partnered with Parley and REBO for World Cleanup Day s to tackle the global waste problem and build a sustainable world.🌊
Over 250kg of plastic was collected by underwater divers and volunteers at the popular beach of Magaluf in Mallorca.
To make it happen we partnered with REBO, Parley and Mar de fondo all advocates of fighting to keep our Oceans clean and eliminate plastic pollution for good!

Who we are
Parley for the Oceans is the global network where creators, thinkers and leaders from the creative industries, brands, governments and environmental groups come together to raise awareness for the beauty and fragility of the oceans and collaborate on projects to help end their destruction.
To date, we have formed alliances with key partners including adidas, Anheuser Busch InBev (Corona), American Express, the Republic of the Maldives, the United Nations, the World Bank and other collaborators spanning the worlds of science, art, fashion, design, entertainment, sports, finance, aerospace and ocean exploration.
Purpose
Parley sees the key to ending marine plastic pollution not in recycling, but in the redesign and replacement of harmful materials, methods and thinking. Plastic is a design failure. There is no closed-loop for a faulty material that never dies. We are therefore calling for a Material Revolution and inviting all of our collaborators and partners to take part by implementing the Parley AIR Strategy: Avoid. Intercept. Redesign.

Origins
REBO was born as a response to the problem of the plastic crisis in our oceans. Every minute the equivalent of 1 million plastic bottles are dumped into our seas. This huge problem motivated us to rethink the way we use everyday products so that they are not only sustainable, but also have an extra positive impact from the fact of using them. Thus was born our first product, REBO Smart Bottle, the first smart bottle that the more you drink from it, the more plastic it collects from the oceans.
